- Replace AAC-STREAMING.md with AAC-STREAMING.org
- Use proper org-mode syntax with headers, code blocks, and emphasis
- Update status to 'COMPLETED - Production Ready'
- Maintain all technical content and documentation structure
- Follow org-mode conventions for better integration with Emacs workflow
